Help / Getting started

Welcome to the help center

Short, practical guides to getting more out of studioHYPE: how things work, and what to type where. Each one takes a few minutes to read.

What's covered

Your AI Strategist

  • Working with your Strategist: Asking questions, the weekly focus, recommendations, insights, drafts and approvals, building campaigns, and reviewing results.

Leads and families

  • Connecting Jackrabbit, Studio Pro, and other software: Jackrabbit directly (and adding families back), Studio Pro and others through Zapier, what each event does, confirming classes and fields (with AI's help), changed details you can put back, the event log, and your own API key.

Marketing

  • Social media posts: Connecting Facebook and Instagram, planning and writing posts (with templates and AI), approvals, scheduling and publishing, posting by hand, and your posting goal.

Planning

  • Copying events and campaigns: Copy an event or campaign with everything under it, change it on the way, bring last year's plan into this year, checklists, and undoing a copy.
  • The resource library: Checklists, plans, social calendars, promotion ideas, lesson plans, and every template in one place: finding them, using each where the work happens, event prep, checklists in your annual plan, lesson plans on the teaching calendar, your own, and AI.
  • Reviews, lessons, and the playbook: Writing a review after an event or campaign, asking the team, the family survey, help from AI, lessons when it's planned again, and the studio playbook.

Goals and reports

  • Setting and tracking goals: Measurable goals that count themselves, pace and status, links, check-ins, and what happens at the deadline.
  • Measuring a campaign: The Results tab, from goal to result, channels, short links and QR codes, website visits, pace, what needs attention, and the final review.
  • History and comparing years: What's kept, the archive, comparing years side by side, adding and importing past years, capacity and fill dates, planning from last year, and year over year.
  • Reports and KPIs: Leads, conversion, enrollment, campaigns, retention, revenue, email, social, and website visits over any dates, compared with before, plus spend and cost per lead.

Community

  • The studio owner community: Asking questions and starting discussions, answering and commenting, helpful votes and accepted answers, following, categories and search, sharing resources, how you appear, and keeping it a good place.

Writing messages and emails

  • Formatting with Markdown: Bold, links, lists, headings, and buttons in messages and emails, with examples you can copy.

More guides are on the way, starting with groups, email, and campaigns.

Finding an answer

  • Search from the box at the top of any page. It looks through every guide, not just the titles.
  • Browse by topic in the list on the left (tap Browse help on a phone).
  • Inside studioHYPE, look for "see how it works" links next to a field. They open the right guide in a new tab.
