Good to know
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new studio gets 30 days of Growth free. Pick a plan whenever you're ready.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't picked a plan, your studio moves to the free Community plan. Anything that isn't on it is locked, but nothing is deleted: pick a plan and it's all right where you left it.
What if we go over a plan's limits?
You'll get a heads-up at 80%. Emails past the month's allowance wait and go out next month (or right after an upgrade). Families who reach out on their own, through your website form or connected software, are always saved, so you never lose a lead to a limit.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings › Billing. Upgrades start right away.
Will it post or email families without me?
Only what you've scheduled or switched on. Anything AI writes is a draft until a person uses it, automations start switched off, and teammates send posts and emails to an owner or admin for approval.
Can I bring my families with me?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet, or connect Jackrabbit directly (Studio Pro and others connect through Zapier).
